Light week. Sunday morning I came down with some kind of flu. It moved pretty fast, but nonetheless it pretty much cleaned out my entire week.

That shit happens – it happens every year in some form – and it doesn’t bother me. If you get sick, you get sick. You can’t get stressed out about it, because stressing out doesn’t change anything. Just roll with it. Puke your brains out, lose some weight, catch up on some movies.

By Thursday night I was able to get going again and had an absolute monster spin.
