Half Marathon Recovery

A half marathon training plan is fine for training. But after the race, you really need a solid recovery plan. Taking care of yourself after the event is over is crucial, and that’s why I recommend getting right out there after two days of loafing and riding the Kancamagus Highway in both directions on your singlespeed, netting about 60 miles and 4000+ feet of climbing.

Holy crap I need a break.
