Recovery Update

I gotta level with you, I actually feel pretty good. The marathon was four weeks ago, and I’ve been to the gym a few times since then – one was pretty awful, the other, alright. We rode on Wednesday night for about an hour and aside from trying to remember how to deal with temperatures below freezing, I felt pretty good. My abs had kind of a rude awakening but everything else seemed okay. Yes of course I crashed I crash every time.

I really appreciate all of the positive support I’ve received from everyone who has read it.

Would I ever do it again – yes. Would I ever do it again with only 8 weeks of training – hell no. Never.
