Southern New Hampshirechusetts

I was walking through downtown Portsmouth at lunchtime today and as I proceeded through a crosswalk, I looked both ways halfway across just to make sure I wasn’t going to be surprised by a speeding or otherwise careless motorist. I didn’t see any reckless driving, but I sure as hell did see some woman from Massachusetts wearing nothing from her waist down standing next to her SUV trying to pull her pants up over her massive thighs. I guess that’s okay to do now.
